Regulatory frame work

• AKSIC was establish in 1990.
• The business of the AKSIC is governed by AKSIC Act, 1993 and 1996 (Amended)
• Following rules are enforced:-
  • Service & Recruitment Rules, 1991.
  • Administrative Powers Rules, 1992.
  • Financial Powers Rules, 1992.
  • Pension Rules, 2016.
  • HBA Rules, 2016
• Administration and Management of AKSIC vest with the Board of Members headed by the Minister Industries & Commerce Govt. of AJ&K.
• Board comprises 08 Members (five Members from Public Sector and three members from Private Sector nominated by the Govt. of AJ&K.
